Standard Japanese grater made of stainless steel. This grater produces a fine paste of the wasabi rhizome. Use for both wasabi and ginger. Ideal for home use. For optimal use, use a bamboo brush to collect the paste from the grater. This way nothing is left behind on the grater.<\/span><\/p>\n
